I have windows 7 and vista on my PC
I have a lot of extra room and wanted to try out a version of Linux.
Linspire looked good but i want to know the minimum requirements so I don’t make a partition that is to big.
Please Help!

Here are the system requirements:
* PC with 1 GHz or higher processor
* 256MB of RAM (512 MB or higher recommended for best performance)
* Hard drive with 8 GB free space
* SVGA or higher resolution and monitor (3-D graphics accelerator card for some games, screen savers, etc.)
* CD-ROM or DVD drive, Keyboard & Mouse
* Linspire-compatible sound card and speakers or headphones
* Ethernet card for Internet/LAN connectivity
